Q1How long does delivery take?
It depends on volume and language count. For a video around ten minutes, plan on roughly five business days, and every quote comes with a firm timeline.
Q2How many revision rounds are included?
Up to two free revision rounds after delivery, guaranteed. Share a glossary and tone guide up front and the same terms and tone carry across the whole project.
Q3Are the generated voices safe for commercial use?
Yes. Polita only uses voices licensed for commercial use, and deliverables are yours to run across ads, broadcast, and online channels within the scope of your contract.
Q4How is our source content protected?
Every project starts with an NDA, and source files are handled only in access-controlled environments. After the project, we destroy source and working files on request.
Q5Is there a minimum order?
There is no set minimum order. A single video is enough to order. Recurring volume is arranged under separate terms.
Q6Which languages do you support?
